Our Recent Projects
Each project we undertake is planned and executed as a prime project. We do not overlap these projects in order to give a 100% attention to our customers. We appreciate the damage we could do to our client's business if we do not focus entirely on the project in hand. We aim to dedicate our total resources in order to complete the refitting process with an agreed timescale. Here below are our recent projects;
RAJA BROTHERS (Stalybridge)
Raja Brothers have number of Shops in the Manchester area with the size of the shops growing steadily. The acquisition of a number of public houses has culminated with the opening of a 2000 Square Foot Store in Carrbrook, Stalybridge. The color scheme is a high – tech finish of light grey solid / slatboard with mirrored PVC inserts.
BOOZE OUTLET (Bury)
Booze Outlet suffered from a lack of display space, we advised our client that taking out several walls in the property would result in doubling theretail area and at the same time providing visual control over the whole store. The property was divided with small windows left & right of the frontage and substantial brick work in center which we replaced with a large aluminium Shop Front.
NISA LOCAL (South Shields)
At Nisa we started with the removal of several pillars. This widened the shop to allow the fitting of three gondolas of shelving which was an increase on the previous too. The shop had to close for 5 weeks in order to achieve a NISA Specification refit which you can see from the photographs.
Blackley Supermarket (Blackley)
This project comes with challenge of a number of ceiling beams that required cladding first and the ceiling fitted afterwards in order to give our client a nice clean finish. Mr. Khan said that nowadays our customers demand well laid out interiors that are easy to shop.
Kwik Save (Wolverhampton)
Kwik Save represents the revival of a well known brand, the koolmax chilled cases were installed at the height of 2.2m, the same height as the shelving, from this point to the ceiling we installed a white melamine board with a 100mm red pelmet all round the store ready to accept Kwik Save Signage.
Awan Stores (Washington)
Awan Stores follows the trend of Convenience Store buying Public Houses. This is because they attain a larger retail area plus the benefits of outside parking. The project was a straight forward refits with elements borrowed from our recent southshield's work.
